Rainbow Cake is Back at Beef-A-Roo

Back in time for Pride Month, the rainbow cake has returned to Beef-A-Roo!

This cake looks as cheery as it does delicious and with every slice you purchase know that it's going to help a local non-profit organization.

Beef-A-Roo owner, Melissa Pratt told me that they have yet to designate the organization that will benefit for the sale of the Rainbow Cake, but know that you're already helping local nonprofits with every purchase of cheese fries you make. This is something the local chain does monthly.

As of Friday, Beef a Roo announced that you can also order full cakes too. Just make sure to contact the location nearest you first.

But hurry because these cakes will go fast, they did last year! Happy Pride Rockford!
