Researchers have found you can prevent memory loss with peanuts!

Reservatrol, the same compound found in wine and grapes, is also in peanuts. This compound has shown to slow the decline of memory loss.

According to this study done at Texas A&M Health and Science Center College of Medicine, it found Reservatrol improve spatial learning and memory.

This finding is exciting as now they see it as a way to not only a way to treat middle aged patients with changes in memory or mood, but also to treat those with Alzheimer's.

So if you don't like grapes or not to fond of wine, now you can increase a daily does of peanuts to boost your brain and memory power!
