Memorial Day is upon us and it seems like we're on the verge of the new norm, so let's honor the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military by remembering them, being thankful for their ultimate sacrifice, and by enjoying meat and beer... because that's what we do in America. Prairie Street Brewing Company just dropped a Memorial Day weekend menu that is perfect for the whole family. If you like to (wo)man the grill, don't worry. This special menu has two preparedness options, ready to eat and ready to heat. If you're looking to order meat from the grill you need to put in that order by 5 p.m. Friday, May 21, 2020. You can also pre-order a prepared meal option as well but it's not absolutely necessary.

For the "Ready To Ear" options, there's a bbq pulled pork family meal that feeds six. There's also a "Memorial Day pulled pork and ribs combo" that will feed 8. These come with a choice of sides, like mac-n-cheese, apple coleslaw, potato salad, and more. Oh, and those are quart-sized.

There are four different "ready to heat" options that sound delicious, all to be grilled with one of their craft beers in mind. Some of the options include bone-in McKenna Berkshire pork chops, Amish beer can chicken, and Korean beef shish kabobs, and more. Each option serves 6.

If you're looking for more dining options this weekend check out this list of restaurants offering carry out, delivery, or curbside.
