Poplar Grove Girl Scouts Send Cookies to 3 Local Military Members

Everyone loves when Girl Scout cookie season arrives, but just imagine if you lived somewhere these boxes of deliciousness were not available for purchase. Pretty scary thought, right?

My oldest daughter will be in Kindergarten next year and will finally be old enough to join the Girl Scouts organization, and I'm already dreaming about the overstock of Thin Mints I will have in my freezer next year.

I've always known Girl Scouts does a great job teaching young girls what it takes to be respectful and successful members of society, but this post from the Girl Scouts Of Northern Illinois really made me proud of this amazing group of Girl Scouts from Poplar Grove.

Bravo, Troop 2229 of Poplar Grove! You are certainly living the Girl Scout Pledge to the fullest and making your entire community proud!
