Haunted Rockford Announces New Belvidere Paranormal Investigation

When it comes to haunted things and haunted places in the Stateline area, Haunted Rockford is the expert, and soon they will be conducting its first paranormal investigation of one historical building in Belvidere.

I am one of those weird people who is fascinated by haunted places and scary true crime stories, but is too chicken to experience anything paranormal in real life.

I know that Tinker Swiss Cottage, Memorial Hall, and the Coronado Performing Arts Center are often considered three of the most haunted places in the Rockford area, and I've read enough creepy tales about all of them to constantly look over my shoulder when I'm there.

I may know my fair share about Rockford's haunted side, but I am far from an authority on the subject...Haunted Rockford is.

New Haunted Rockford Paranormal Tour

If you are into all things historical and spooky, Haunted Rockford offers all kinds of fascinating events throughout the year for you to enjoy.

From nights of spooky tales to legit paranormal tours, Haunted Rockford does them all, and coming up on March 28, 2026 they will be doing their first paranormal investigation of the Boone County Museum of History.

For this investigation Haunted Rockford is teaming up with MidWest Ghost Investigators and In The Presence of Others for a special evening inside a museum that’s packed with history, and possibly a few lingering residents from the past.

During the investigation, you will hear the history of the families who once lived in the space, along with personal accounts from people who’ve experienced unexplained activity inside the building.  Then the lights will go off, the equipment will come out, and experienced investigators will take you through an actual ghost hunt.

Sounds pretty cool, right?!
