I'll be the first to admit when it comes to culinary skills, nobody is mistaking me for a master chef. I got some basics down but when it comes to cooking for large groups, I tend to shy away. Except on St. Patrick's Day. That's my day to shine. With so many places closing down right now, here's a very simple recipe that's sure to make your taste buds do a jig this year.

All you need is a corned beef brisket, Guinness, and a crock pot.

Place the brisket in the crock pot and add in the flavoring packet.

Cover brisket with enough Guinness to completely submerge it.

Low heat for 12+ hours.

That's it!

Get some cabbage, carrots, and potatoes, save one of those Guinness' and enjoy!
