Team USA Figure Skating Champions are coming to Illinois this Spring, and the chance to relive Olympic greatness is nearly sold out!

Olympic Obsession

Typically, I do not enjoy watching sports on TV, but I was all in on the Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics this year.

For two weeks, every moment I was home, the Olympics were on my television. I even got up early on a Sunday to watch Team USA win the gold in men's hockey.

While I may have missed most of the heated curling competitions, I never missed a moment of figure skating. The truth is, I'm kind of obsessed with Team USA figure skating right now, and my oldest daughter is  obsessed with just one skater: Ilia Malinin.

Team USA Figure Skating Coming to Illinois

My 12-year-old daughter thinks Ilia Malinin is hottest thing to ever put on skates, both physically and athletically, and last night she came running out of her room screaming "Mom, Ilia is coming to Illinois and I have to be there!"

After a few minutes of Google searching, I learned that Ilia, along with the rest of Team USA Figure Skating, is in fact coming to the Allstate Arena in Rosemont on Friday, May 8, 2026 for "Stars On Ice."

Tickets for Stars On Ice at the Allstate Arena on May 8 are available now, but hurry because they are almost sold out! Meet & Greet passes for this show are already sold out (please don't tell my daughter), but Stargazer Passes which give you access to special seating to watch the skater's warm up are still available here.

I can't wait to relive some USA Olympic figure skating glory! What about you?
