Are you obsessed with big cats but not to the level of Joe Exotic? I hope you answered "yes" with no hesitation.

DID YOU KNOW: Wisconsin does not have laws regarding the ownership of large cats.

Wisconsin Big Cat Rescue is located in Rock Springs, Wisconsin. The owners started off their business as one of those "photos with animals" situations but quickly nixed the photo operation upon a shocking realization. They noticed the stress the photos were causing the animals.

They began researching that style of the photo business and after the horrifying discoveries, they decided to start an organization to rescue big cats.

In one year, another big cat rescue turned away hundreds of cats. So, then we started the Wisconsin Big Cat Rescue with the money we had from pictures and donations.

Wisconsin Big Cats Rescue also is putting its efforts into convincing state lawmakers to institute laws to protect the animals.
