Anyone who's ever stepped inside Ulta knows that it's a mecca for makeup lovers, paradise for beauty product fanatics and the best place to go if you need a little help with getting your shine on.

At least that's been my experience at the Rockford and Machesney Park stores; their exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff keep me coming back for the products that I love.

Products that I never thought would be sold after being used, even if it's just once.

That's the accusation that's being made against a nearby Ulta store. According to the Janesville Gazette, a former employee of the Janesville location is speaking out against their policy to "doctor" returned products, make them look like new and return them to the shelves.

The former employee, who only wanted to go by her first name, told the Gazette that she wanted to come forward after former Utla employees started speaking out on Twitter after seeing this thread.

As of right now, the Janesville Ulta has declined to comment, but in a statement from the company's twitter account, they stated,

The health and safety of our guests is a top priority for Ulta Beauty. We are looking into these claims as the actions described are inconsistent with our practices and values

Do you believe the accusations?

What has your experience with Ulta been? It's been nothing but positive for me. I love the store and their staff.
