A family in the area is living one of their worst nightmares. Someone in their family has gone missing. UW-Madison Police Department is reaching out to the public hoping to find the missing woman, who is from Rockford.

The missing person is Chandra L. Johnson (49), of Rockford. Her daughter, Hannah Johnson, of Beloit, Wisconsin, said her mom was last seen wearing a Grey hoodie grey bandana, possibly sweats, and boots. However, UW-Madison Police Department has added she was carrying a large brown purse. She was last seen leaving American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison on Tuesday at 12:15 pm, according to UW-Madison Police Department.

Johnson is a white female, 5’07” tall, and weighs 200 pounds. She has hazel eyes, brown hair, a scar on her right forearm, glasses, and a tattoo on her chest.

The police report also indicated there is heightened concern because Chandra Johnson, who is from Rockford and not the Madison-area, has several medical issues.

Anyone with information is encouraged to not approach Chander Johnson but call the UW-Madison Police Department immediately at (608) 264-2677.

Local law enforcement is still looking for two men from the area as well.

Patrick Reum of Rockford was last seen Saturday, December 12 at 6 pm in the area of 400 S. First Street. Also missing is Brandon Cuddy of Byron, who was last seen December 26 leaving Fozzy’s Bar and Grill in Loves Park. You can find both of their pictures and descriptions here. Anyone with information regarding Patrick Reum or Brandon Cuddy should contact the appropriate police departments.
