Does It Matter Where You Work Remotely?

For some companies, it didn't matter where you worked remotely as long as you got your stuff done. I had friends that stayed at their vacation homes during the pandemic. Nomad Digital Workers Is A New Job Trend

Working remotely including not being anywhere close to your company has proven to be successful. Some employees are trying a new lifestyle. They're becoming digital nomads. Wisconsin City Is A Highly Ranked Remote Work and Travel Destination

In the United States, Milwaukee is ranked number two as the best place to travel and work remotely. It's right on Lake Michigan with a great downtown area. There are plenty of places to use as temporary office space. They have stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The average weekly price for one person is $985.

According to cnbc.com,

Milwaukee, where I was born and raised, offers work and hotel options at an attractive price. It’s also just a 90-minute drive to Chicago, making it the perfect starting point for a larger trip.

Milwaukee would be a great place to hang out and work. This new digital nomad lifestyle sounds interesting. It would be fun to do for a while but eventually, I think being homesick would set in.
