This has been happening a whole lot lately. Every couple of weeks we hear something scary about our favorite foods. Salmonella scares have been a widespread problem and yet another food recall is about to hit your refrigerator. According to Mystateline.com, poultry giant, Butterball, has just recalled over 78,000 pounds of ground turkey. It seems that four different people in Wisconsin have contracted Salmonella and its linked to Butterball's ground turkey.

A health officials said that a Minnesota resident ate the ground turkey and now has the same strain of Salmonella. A lot of different agencies have come together to aid in the investigation, like the Department of Agriculture, Consumer Protection and local health departments. Now for the important part, the recalled products have the est. number EST.-7345 in the USDA inspection mark. Please check your refrigerators and throw it out immediately if you find it.
