Look what I discovered and made the weekend.

A mini-quiche that only takes three minutes in your microwave!

Here's a quick run down of the ingredients you'll need:

1 1/2 Tbsp Milk

1/2 tsp minced garlic

Dash of salt and pepper

1 slice bread - tear into pieces

1 egg

Couple of pinches of cheese (1 Tbsp)

Spinach and Deli Ham chopped up about a Tbsp each or whatever ingredients you prefer.

This was so awesomely yummy, and super easy to make. Perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch for yourself.
