Local DJ In Speedo Spotted All Over Rockford TV On Saturday

Thanks to all of you, the Q98.5 Rockford Celebrity Plungers were able to raise just over $1,000 for Special Olympics Illinois at the 20th Polar Plunge at Olsen Lake  on Saturday.

Now, for the record please let me state that JB Love was not plunging naked on Saturday at Olsen Lake,  although it certainly looks like it in the picture above.

Please also let me state that seeing JB in a gold Speedo was not a sight I am choosing to cherish forever, but the fact that JB thought it was a good idea to run next to Hammy the Hog is. Why? Because when you do anything with Hammy and news stations are on site, you will end up on television. (Please watch until the :30 second mark for a REAL scary/hilarious sight).

In all seriousness, I need to thank JB Love for caring about Special Olympics Illinois enough to subject himself to that amount of embarrassment. Thank you for volunteering to do something crazy if we hit the $1,000 mark, and thank you for doing it so I didn't have to. You're one hell of a team player and advocate for Rockford JB Love, and we are all lucky to have you.

Now, please, go throw that Speedo away so it never has to see the light of a winter day ever again. LOL!
