Listing of Upcoming Fireworks Displays in the Stateline

The 4th of July will soon be here and the skies will son explode with awesome firework displays. Here is a list of area firework displays you can check out.

You don't have to wait until Independence day for the fireworks shows to light up the skies. Here is the schedule of upcoming fireworks displays that will take place in the Stateline.

All displays take place at dusk and are free, unless otherwise noted.

Sat June 25 - Cedarville: Cedarville Summer Celebration, 430 W. Washington Street, Fireworks at dusk

Sun June 26 - Belvidere: Boone County Fairgrounds,  Belvidere  Heritage Days Celebration. Fireworks at 9:00pm. For the schedule of events, click HERE

Wed June 29th - Chicago:  at Navy Pier 600 E Grand Ave.

Thur June 30th - Rosemont: Rockin' in the Park Festival and Fireworks. Click HERE for more info

Sat July 2nd - McHenry: Admission $6 per carload,  300 Petersen Park. Music and vendors, more info HERE.

Sat July 2nd - Loves Park: Rockford Speedway Fireworks Extravaganza featuring School Bus Races plus Hornets, Original Sixers, Spec Drags, RR Midnight Ride of Paul Revere and MORE! Admission fee is required for entry into the Rockford Speedway. Click HERE for more information

Sun July 3rd - Freeport:  Freeport Sky Concert at Stephenson County Fairgrounds 2250 S Walnut Road . Gates at the fairgrounds open at 5:00 PM. There will be music and food vendor. Bring a blanket. The fireworks will be starting at approximately 9:30 PM. More info HERE.

Mon July 4th - Cherry Valley Independence Day festival. Fireworks at Dusk at Baumann park , Walnut Street park

Mon July 4th - DeKalb: Hopkin's Park on Sycamore Rd. Free concert from the DeKalb Municipal band followed by fireworks. Information HERE

Mon July 4th - Kirkland: 4th of July Celebration. Fireworks at 9:30pm. Location: Franklin Township Park, 290 South St. Complete Schedule of events HERE

Mon July 4th - Rockford: Fourth of July at 9:30pm at Davis Park. Premium Viewing Area available at Davis Park. Premium Viewing Area admission is $6 per person, children 4 & under free with paid adult and $1 off admission for veterans. Premium Viewing Area tickets can be purchased at the box office, which is located at the entrance to Davis Park, on the day of the event.  It opens at 6p. More info HERE.

Mon July 4th - Winnebago 4th of July Family Festival at School Grounds 200 East McNair Road. Information HERE

Mon July 4th - Woodstock: at 9:30pm in Emricson Park, 900 W. South St
