Kelsea Ballerini now has a second golden record to hang on her wall, thanks to the sales of her second single "Dibs," which has been officially certified Gold by the RIAA — and this time she won’t let it melt.

Ballerini earned a gold certification on her first single, "Love Me Like You Mean It," marking 500,000 copies sold, but accidentally gave the award the Salvador Dali treatment.

"I got it the same day that my car broke down, which happens all the time, and I put it in my backseat. I brought it to the car shop, and then I got it back from the car shop, to find out they left my car in a sunny parking lot. And my gold record is now hanging on my wall, completely melted down to the bottom … and it’s beautiful," Ballerini revealed at a celebration hosted by ASCAP. "So I’m really excited to have a new gold record that’s not warped and weird!"

The celebration also marked first career No. 1s for two of the songwriters, Jason Duke and Ryan Griffin, as well as second consecutive No. 1s for Ballerini and the fourth cowriter, Josh Kerr, who both also wrote "Love Me Like You Mean It."

Ballerini recently released a new single called "Peter Pan," a bittersweet ballad about a boy who just won't grow up. She performed the tune at the 2016 ACM Awards alongside pop star Nick Jonas, where she also took home the award for New Female Artist of the Year. The artist premiered the romantic yet somber video for the song just before the awards on April 1. She’s set to tour with Rascal Flatts, as well as a few dates with Billy Currington, this summer.
