Could this years Bears season possibly get any worse? Not likely! Now ,linebacker Jerrell Freeman is in trouble.

It's bad enough that the Bears have only won two out of ten games in the 2016 season, now we find out another Bears player will be suspended.

FOX News is reporting that Bears linebacker Jerrell Freeman violated the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing drugs (PED). This means Freeman will not be eligible to play again until December 19th.

Freeman's suspension comes on the heels of Alshon Jeffery who was suspended a week ago for the same reason.

After word got out on Monday afternoon Freeman issued a a statement on Twitter.

So this begs the question, why don't these players consult with the team doctor or trainer prior to even thinking about taking PED. How stupid can you be?

I'm sorry but I have to admit this has got to be the worst Bears season I can recall, ever. It's time to wipe the slate clean and start over.
