Illinois Neighborhood Fed Up With Loud And Obnoxious Neighbor

There's a philosophy that one of my friends shared with me that I believe everyone should live by. That is to be neighborly. It pretty much means don't be a jerk to your neighbors and frankly, pretty much everyone. Unfortunately, every block has one of those sucky people. In the Elmhurst community, the residents got fed up so they called the police on the guy several times.

The straw that finally broke the camel's back happened last weekend. This recent issue happened way earlier in the morning. I'm talking before the sun even came up. The terrible neighbor was out in his yard and throwing things all over the place. He was also yelling and screaming so loud, he woke up the whole neighborhood. Apparently, it happens pretty much every day including all hours of the day and night.

Illinois Police Attempt To Write Up Noise Violations.

When the local police arrived, they started an investigation into this neighborhood problem. They tried discussing the situation with the suspect but when they knocked on the door, he refused to answer. They wrote up a citation for him and left it in his mailbox. If he ignores it, then there's a good chance he'll get arrested.

According to patch.com,

The 64-year-old man, who lives in the 700 block of South Saylor Avenue, was charged about 4:30 a.m. Friday on a charge of loud noise. Police said a neighbor complained the man was constantly yelling and throwing things on the ground outside.
