It's December, baby!  That means Christmas is right around the corner and Brookfield Zoo's Holiday Magic is back, the longest running lights festival in the Chicago area!

Every year, my family makes it a tradition to see at least one light show in our hometown.  This year?  I think it's fair to say we will definitely be visiting Brookfield Zoo to experience this winter attraction you can't find anywhere else.

Light up your night at Brookfield Zoo's 41st Annual Holiday Magic light show

This family-favorite winter wonderland attraction will feature over 2 million immersive LED lights around the zoo, so get your walking shoes ready.

There will be nearly 2 miles of lights, 600-foot tunnel of lights, synchronized music, a skating rink, soooo many photo opportunities, and you can even drop off a letter for Santa!

If you're looking for a fun weekend out with your family, take them to Holiday Magic!  Bundle up, get some hot chocolate, visit some exotic animals, and have a jolly good time.

Before you leave the zoo, take a photo with the 41-foot massive Christmas tree!

One of the popular games you can play is "Game of Gnomes."  Zoogoers will get the chance to find all 27 gnomes around the park.
