In my random real estate search today, I wanted to find the home that has been on the market the longest in the Land of 10,000 Lakes and I found it.

This house went live back in May of 2021 with a list price of $1,085,000. Sitting for 1,000+ days has nothing to do with the look of the home - it's actually super unique and quite picturesque, inside and out.

They recently dropped the price to $898,500. It's the fifth price drop since going live 3 years ago. Like I said, the house is amazing, but the pool of people looking for a place in the middle of nowhere that you can only access via a boat, is probably smaller than this tiny cabin.
