In my random real estate search today, I wanted to find the home that has been on the market the longest in the Land of 10,000 Lakes and I found it.

This house went live back in May of 2021 with a list price of $1,085,000. Sitting for 1,000+ days has nothing to do with the look of the home - it's actually super unique and quite picturesque, inside and out.

They recently dropped the price to $898,500. It's the fifth price drop since going live 3 years ago. Like I said, the house is amazing, but the pool of people looking for a place in the middle of nowhere that you can only access via a boat, is probably smaller than this tiny cabin.

You read that correctly! You can only access the home by boat! That may be the best reason to still be on the market ever!!

It's a 2010 custom-built log cabin with just 800 square feet, but it's beyond adorable with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, floor to ceiling windows with the most incredible views of Burntside Lake.

It's surrounded by forest land. Nearly 40 acres of which belong to this property. On a private bay with 1700+ feet of shoreline. It's either trees or lakeview from literally every space in the house. And the deck, that's just simply dreamy.
