Illinois Woman Knew Something in the Woods was Watching Her?

I think it's safe to say everyone has experienced the sense that something unseen is watching you. Now, imagine that happening when you're alone in the woods. That's exactly what happened recently to a woman in the central part of Illinois.

I just came across this YouTube short from the Bigfoot Society which includes the eyewitness testimony of a central Illinois woman named Dorrainne. Here's a snippet of what she says in the just-shared video:

Dorrainne: "I was trying to find a way to find some peace inside my mind, so I started walking in the woods again...in my area. I was just aware that something was watching me all the time. I started looking for evidence...I started finding footprints and stick structures...weaving of branches...lots and lots of footprints in a particular area of the Sangamon River here...and realized there really was something to it."

Anytime you mention any type of cryptid creature like Bigfoot, you're likely to get laughter and/or disbelief from most. But, when you start experiencing strange happenings like this Illinois woman did, it's a startling moment when you start to believe that something paranormal is at work. Dorrainne is not alone in her belief that something exists in the deep woods of Illinois that remains unexplained.
