70 New Super-Personalized Illinois License Plates for 2026

The state of Illinois has ramped up its specialty license plate program with just about every personalized design you can imagine available now in 2026.

The Illinois Secretary of State's Pick-a-Plate site has unveiled all of the personalized plate designs you can get on your vehicle this year. There are the expected sports team plates, college designs and US military plates available, but also autism awareness, support for our troops, anti-violence and numerous wildlife and first-responder license plates, too.

This isn't even counting the almost infinite number of vanity plate designs you can add to these themes. I've shared just about every Illinois specialty plate that I can find, but there's always a chance that I've missed one (or 12).
