Illinois State Police Share Clever Columbus Day Highway Message

This very clever sign is a great reminder to use your turn signals. I'm that guy who loses his mind if a car impedes my travel by not using a turn signal. Aside from the gesture being courteous, it's also a law. I don't know of any stories of someone getting pulled over for not using a turn signal and then getting a ticket but now that I know the fine I'll be extra attentive — $164!

Try it. It's free. It's helpful. It should be habit.
It's illegal if you don't use it and the ticket is $164.
