Senior Beaten And Robbed Inside Own Rockford Home

MyStateline.com reports that, "At approximately 9:30 p.m. on Monday, Rockford Police Officers were called to a home on the 1600 block of Oakes Avenue, where it was reported that two black males, one armed with a handgun, forced their way into the house and struck an 83-year-old female in the head with the gun, and robbed her. The suspects fled the scene in a dark Chevy Impala. The victim received a cut to her head, but declined treatment."

Now you understand why I am so upset. Kids, seniors, military personnel, and retired vets. Don't mess with them or I will find you. I have a particular set of skills that allow me to say really nasty things about you via social media.

Sorry. That was my best attempt at humor regarding a story that make's 99 out of 100 people sick to their stomachs.

"The female driver, 25, and the two men, 21 and 25, were arrested and each were charged with 2 counts of home invasion, 2 counts of aggravated battery to a senior citizen, and theft. One man was also charged with unlawful use of a weapon by a felon, and no FOID card."

The names and photos of the alleged P.O.S MOFO's have yet to be released. They're being held "due to their involvement with additional, pending incidents", according to MyStateline.com.

I honestly think that the Rockford Police station is just trying to deter a riot from starting up at their front door.
