How Many Illinoisans Claim Irish Ancestry?

I'm no expert, but that dude doesn't really have the authentic "Kiss Me, I'm Irish" look going for him.

According to the U.S. Census, more than 33 million people in the U.S. claimed Irish ancestry in 2013. That’s seven times higher than the population of Ireland itself.

And, here in the Land of Lincoln, we had almost 2 million of us claiming some background that can be traced to the Emerald Isle.

Where do all those people live in Illinois and which Illinois county has the most? Using 2010 U.S. Census data, Reboot Illinois figured out the top 25 most Irish Illinois counties.
