Have You Seen This Unsettling Rockford Church Sign?

Have you seen this sign? It gets the point across but it might be a bit much.

This church sign sits outside of Freedom Through The World Church on Alpine.

The sign reads:

I understand it, texting and driving is bad for your health. However, this might be coming on a bit strong.

That said, I do like the "all are welcome" at the bottom of the sign. Question is, is that referring to all texters and drivers or just for anyone?
