Halloween is one week away, and it's on a Friday night this year, so there's no boring school or work bed times to ruin our fun!

Best Night For Halloween

As a kid I loved Halloween, and I still do as an adult. While I might not be as candy driven as when I was a kid, I still enjoy dressing up, but I love seeing kids in costumes even more.

One of my kids' favorite Halloween traditions is dumping out the candy buckets they filled while trick-or-treating and trading with each other (and Mom and Dad) for their favorites. When Halloween falls on a school night, I have to be the party-pooper mom that rushes the fun and limits the amount of candy they devour, but not this year! This year it's game on!
