Genius Ideas For Your Elf on a Shelf

Love 'em, or hate 'em, the Elves on the Shelf are back, and parents of littles everywhere are struggling to come up with new and fun situations for the family elf to find themselves in. Parents, we need to have each others back's and share the love when it comes to plans for elf mischief, so hopefully these ideas will help us all.

My daughter still doesn't quite get the whole elf thing, but she does smile when she sees it each day, and that is all I need to forge on. (My husband doesn't "get" the elf thing even though he has read the book, so he is not much help with elfin' fun.) Ella may not be at the point yet where she runs out of her room each morning to find the elf, so I still consider myself in the "amateur" elf stage.
