Garth Brooks U of I Show Ticket Sales Delayed Due To High Demand

Let's just say, the demand for Garth Brooks tickets was so high, the ticket computers were smoking!

Yes, there is a reason why you couldn't go on-line and purchase your Garth Brooks tickets for his show in Champaign, Illinois: HIGH DEMAND. The website that handled ticket sales was overwhelmed when tickets went on sale on Friday morning. Shortly after 10 am, the system shut down.

Many people actually took off work on Friday to make sure they got tickets. Some people were not happy with the website in place at the State Farm Center in Champaign

The Champaign stop will be the final Illinois stop on Garth Brook's world tour on Saturday April 29th at the State Farm Center.
