Here's some surprising news, Dog Haus Biergarten has closed its door leaving behind a legacy of good food with a side of drama.
People that liked Dog Haus on Facebook may have received a notification of the restaurant changing its name, leaving out "Rockford." The 815 location's fan page's final post is a picture with the words "come hungry", which makes zero sense. You're going to have to be really hungry if you want to make a trip down I-90 because they're relocating to Chicago.
We are grateful to the community of Rockford and those we have had the opportunity to serve each day. After close evaluation of the area, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our location in Rockford.
