Clocks, phones, printers, keyboards and more. That's what your child will be able to take apart and tinker with during this STEM camp.

This camp is for every kid that wants to dig inside things to see what makes them work. For every parent that is afraid to leave their child alone with tools and a piece of technology, this is the camp that will take away your fear and give your child some satisfaction for that curiosity.

With every precaution taken, the Discovery Center Museum is presenting the Take It Apart camp Monday, August 3 - Friday, August 7. The camp is held from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

From the Discovery Center's website:

Our team has made modifications to our building, exhibits and summer camp practices in accordance with public health guidelines and industry best practices. In particular, we will follow Restore Illinois COVID-19 2020 Day Camp guidelines. Protocols may be updated based on guidance from local, state and CDC guidelines.

The deadline to sign up for the Take It Apart camp is TODAY at 3pm. The fee for this weeklong afternoon camp is $115 for non-members, $105 for members. Click HERE to register.
