Damm, He Got Arrested AGAIN?

I really hate to call attention to a man who obviously thrives on attention and clearly has mental issues, but after seeing that Timothy Damm got arrested in Rockford for the third time in less than three weeks I can't help but wonder, WHY?!?

I really don't want to get into Timothy Damm's prior arrests, because it's not really any of my damn business, but yes, this is the same Damm guy that vandalized the Republican Headquarters building in Rockford.

Damn, at least he got a better-lookin' haircut this time when he got arrested for burglary and petty theft.

In all seriousness, I just can't get my damn head wrapped around the fact that this Damm guy keeps making bond and that no one who cares about him has forced him to get some professional help that doesn't require a damn lawyer. I actually really feel bad for this Damm guy.
