Billy Currington: According to TMZ reported that Billy chased a 70-year-old tour captain and threatened his life. A grand jury indicted him on charges of making terroristic threats and abuse of an elder person.

Rodney Atkins: You'll recall back in 2011, Rodney's wife claimed he smothered her with a pillow. Police took him into custody and he was released on bail.

Chris Cagle:  Nashville authorities say that 2008 Chris and his wife we're drinking at a bar. Shortly after, an argument broke out. Whenthe couple arrived at home,  they reportedly got into a physical fight, landing Both Chris and his wife in jail.

Randy Travis: Two years ago Randy was hauled in for public intoxication. The incident took place in a church parking lot. Randy was allegedly drinking a bottle of wine. Later in August 2012, Randy allegedly crashed his car and was found lying naked in the road. He was sentenced to two years of probation.

Wynonna Judd: In November of 2003, Wynonna Judd was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. She was caught speeding, and when she was pulled over, the police officer noted that she smelled of booze. Taste of Country reported that her breathalyzer test registered nearly .16 (the legal limit was .08 at the time), and she was booked and released after smiling for this mug shot and posting $500 bond.

Johnny Cash: In 1965 arrested for possessing over 1,000 illegal drug tablets

Willie Nelson: Didn't see this one coming.....Willie was caught with six ounces of weed on his tour bus in 2010 . Shocker!

Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw:  You remember the famous "horse incident"? back in 2000 in Buffalo, N.Y.  Kenny Chesney asked a policeman’s daughter if he could ride his horse. He jumped on and rode away. When police discovered this, they tried to get Kenny off the equine. When Tim McGraw saw this, he intervened and got arrested, too.
