I love coloring. Too bad my nieces an nephews are out of that stage now that they are tweens and teenagers.

Studies show coloring isn't just for kids it's for adults too.

According to this Huffington Post article coloring is actually really good for us. As adults, coloring has "a de-stressing effect [on us] because when we focus on a particular activity, we focus on it and not on our worries. But it also "brings out our imagination and takes us back to our childhood, a period in which we most certainly had a lot less stress."

If you're feeling a little stressed take a coloring break.

There are even coloring books targeted for adults if coloring Dora Explorer isn't your style.

Typically, when I want to relax I cook, but you know I may just try this during the work day. I'll cook up creativity with pictures instead of food like I do at home.
