The City of Rockford is using their Facebook page to give all of us an opportunity to share our appreciation for others. Take a moment to contribute.

For many years, I've used parts of my show on Thursday mornings, for listeners to share for what they're most thankful. We call the recurring segment, Thankful Thursday. We often ask for callers to express their thankfulness for things we often don't think to mention. I want to ask the same thing of you, here.

Practicing a little gratitude goes a long way toward training your brain to see the good in things that you may be missing. It's been a difficult year and it hasn't been easy to see the positives that are all around us.
