Did You See Popular Family Fun Pizza Joint In Illinois Changed Its Logo?
Changes are happening inside and outside of one of Rockford's top spots for kid birthday parties. Big changes began on paper in 2017 when it was announced the company would be moving away from its beloved animatronics show. (Some people say it was creepy, to begin with.)
All you need is one look and you instantly recognize that familiar mouse, Chuck E. Cheese. If you grew up in Rockford, Illinois you probably attended a birthday party there. You might have watched the animatronic performance, which is a thing of the past. That isn't the only change happening, specifically, at the Rockford location.
As with the mouse, you would probably recognize nice the Chuck E. Cheese logo even without text. This is good because the logo itself has seen many changes since its debut in 1977. Early logos included "pizza time theatre" or just "pizza." I guess they trust their branding enough for people to associate pizza, games, and birthdays with a mouse.
The logo you may be familiar with is changing but based on Chuck E. Cheese's logo history, according to Logos World, Rockford may have been behind on the update. For years it has been an outdated logo, with Chuck E. giving drivers along East State Street a cheerful thumbs-up. The new design looks nothing like the previous, in fact, it's kind of boring. (Just my opinion.)
Out with the old, in with the new. The new logo follows the pattern of nothing but the business' name.
