AMC Rockford’s Full Lineup of Christmas Classics

Anyway, AMC in Rockford is showing five Christmas classics starting in December through the end of the season to help get you in the mood.

  • Dr. Suess' The Grinch (Fridays)
  • Elf (Saturdays and Wednesdays)
  • The Polar Express (Sundays and Tuesdays)
  • Love Actually (Mondays)
  • National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (Thursdays)

My Picks for the Big Screen Experience

If I had to pick, I'd probably go with Elf and Christmas Vacation. Getting the chance to see National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation in a movie theater sounds like fun. Having missed out on its original run back in the day, I would have the chance to make up for it over 30 years later.
