Cashews Fight Depression
Waking up this morning to a grey drizzly day made me feel like I wanted to pull the covers over my head and go back to sleep.

Researchers say it's because of the tryptophan, magenesium and B6 found in cashews that help stabilize our moods.They say it works just as well as prescription antidepressants.
