A night spent at the BMO Harris Bank Center cheering on the Rockford IceHogs, is always a blast, but tomorrow night will be especially packed (hopefully!) for a couple awesome reasons.

First off, it's the Hogs' annual Teddy Bear Toss night when fans bring in, and eventually toss onto the ice, a teddy bear to be donated to local hospitals and kids charities. Saturday also happens to be Red Kettle Night with the IceHogs, and this is your chance to do a whole lot of good for those in need in the the Rockford community through the help of The Salvation Army.

  • A Christmas carol concert from The Salvation Army Band before the game. The band will also be performing the National Anthem tomorrow night.
  • Chuck-A-Puck into Red Kettles
  • A free IceHogs and Salvation Army coin purse for the first 2,500 fans
  • Pictures with Hammy and The Salvation Army's mascot, Captain Shield, plus much more fun!

Better plan now to gather up the family and head to downtown Rockford early Saturday night so you don't miss all the fun! Might be a good idea to buy your tickets for tomorrow night's 6 p.m. game against the Texas Stars in advance right here.

Go, Hogs, go!
