Another ‘Rockford’ Beer Is Coming To A Grocery Store Near You

There's a new draft beer available in Rockford that craft beer connoisseurs and newbies will equally enjoy. Even better, this brew has been canned and ready for shipment to Rockford, Chicago, and into Wisconsin. The brew comes from Wild Onion Brewery in Barrington,  a family-owned 17 barrel brewery that has been around since 1996.

This delicious new brew is called 'Back Pocket DJ", created by Jamey Funk at Shooter's Tap Room in the upper level of Don Carter Lanes. It's a vanilla cream ale packed with the perfect amount of vanilla flavor. After you take a sip and exhaling out of your mouth you'd swear you just took a sip of cream soda, Try it, I dare you.

Currently, you can get Back Pocket DJ on tap at Don Carter Lanes. It'll soon be available at grocery stores like Valli Produce and Woodman's. If you feel like venturing on a trip into the 'burbs the mobile app Untapped has a list of other locations with Rockford's soon-to-be new favorite brew on tap.
