Coming on the heels of the scary story that a Rockford teen experienced outside of Five Below in Forest Plaza. Another creepy incident allegedly happened at the very same mall.

After Lil Zim posted the story about the teen being watched and followed at Five Below this week a friend of mine shared her daughter's creepy encounter at Forest Plaza. It allegedly happened just a week earlier at Michael's.

Read what she posted on Facebook no more than a day after Q98.5 shared the scary Five Below story.

Wow! That makes my skin crawl and the hair on the back of my neck stand up.

Just knowing that there is a group of men lurking around the stores and parking lots of Forest Plaza is quite disturbing in itself.

It's awful to see that women and young girls don't feel safe while out shopping in Rockford now.

This story is one more reason that we should always be aware of our surroundings. If you don't feel safe go back into the store, tell someone or call for help.

As the saying goes "it's better to be safe than sorry." In both of these cases I'm glad these girls were safe and overly cautious. You can never be faulted for being too safe.

I am very disappointed with the Michael's employee who told my friend's daughter that she was being paranoid. That in my opinion was wrong of them. They should have taken the girls serious.

With girls disappearing everyday, or so it seems, we all need to be aware of what is happening around us. If we see something strange going on we need to speak up and not stay silent.

Please share this to every woman and young lady you know.
