The online giant is stepping up their game for Christmas but this move might be taking away a tradition.

Amazon announced the addition of wreaths and garland to their holiday decor and now they've added more to their Christmas reserve, live 7½ foot Christmas trees. And, yes, Prime customers will be able to get select trees delivered in two days. The trees are cut no more than ten days before being shipped.

Two questions come to mind after reading this news.

  1. Will this hurt Boy Scout groups selling Christmas trees (or local tree farms)?
  2. What isn't Amazon willing to sell???

There's a little tradition around picking the "perfect" tree and setting up in your home, let's keep it going.
