All You Can Eat Sushi Place Opening Soon in Rockford

This new restaurant better prepare for just how much sushi we can put away.

The new all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant is called 'I ❤️ Sushi' and it will opening inside the former Ruby Tuesday's and Dog Haus Biergarten at 7600 Walton Street.

Given that location, is it too much to ask for a sushi roll made with a 100% beef hotdog and those amazing salad croutons from Ruby Tuesday's salad bar?

We don't have an opening date yet, but according to a report from wrex.com, an employee said it will be open sometime within the next two months.
