NIU Grad Student Makes 'Wheel Of Fortune' Debut

Alyssa Tillmon, who currently lives in Bellwood, Illinois, and is pursuing a master's degree in public administration at NIU was chosen to appear on 'Wheel of Fortune' back in July according to the Daily Chronicle. Tillmon recently explained the audition process to the Daily Chronicle, and let's just say, it's been a pretty long time coming. Tillmon said;

You have to fill out an online application, they ask you to upload a video or picture of yourself, I would suggest doing both, just so they can see who you are in action to increase your chances.

I applied in February this year and received an email for an online audition in July.

Tillmon also told the Daily Chronicle that she received an email the day after her audition saying that she was chosen for the show, but that she never knew when it would air until recently.

Tillmon has made no mention of how she ended up doing on the show, but I look forward to finding out tonight at 6:30 p.m.
