CARE for Pets and Winnebago County Animal Services are partnering up to offer free pet care for residents in zip codes 61101, 61102 and 61104. Services include preventive vaccines, microchips, ID tags, community resource information as well as county license tags. There will likely be long lines, so come prepared with water and poop bags.
