2 Rockford Stores Getting New E State Locations This July

Two Rockford stores are moving on up to East State Street due to the need for more space, and both stores will be open for business this July.

Last week I was driving to work along East State when I noticed the sign for Party City on the marquis next to Mobil, in front of Old Time Pottery. I immediately thought to myself, "say what!?!". I drive past that location 5 times a week, and I had never noticed it before. I immediately feared I had been living in a hole, and that I probably shouldn't be driving around at 4 a.m. if I am that unobservant. Turns out, the location move for Party City is a new development, just like the new Bath and Body Works location being built in the Forest Plaza between Maurices and Massage Envy.

Personally, I'm probably a little too excited about this additional location for Bath and Body Works. The store in the Cherryvale Mall is always slammed when I go in there, so hopefully the new East State location will allow for a more relaxed smelling and spraying experience.
