A suspect has been caught in Sheboygan, Wisconsin for damaging public restrooms by deliberately clogging toilets.

A couple of weeks ago, I did a story about a serial toilet clogger causing havoc in Wisconsin.

Here's the story if you need a refresher.

I have good news for a follow-up.

The person has been captured.

According to fox6now.com,

"Police have arrested a 33-year-old Sheboygan man they believe is responsible for numerous incidents of damage to property at the Deland Community Center."

For the past year, the suspect has been jamming plastic soda bottles into public toilets which caused damage and cost the city thousands of dollars.

The arrest was made through a tip from a concerned citizen.
