The entire month of December is filled with wagon rides, luminary walks, playtime with barn animals and holiday photo ops with horses.

Wagon Rides

The Lockwood Park wagons are fully decked out with lights and ready for 20-minutes rides on the parks wintery trails. The wagon rides happen on Wednesdays and Fridays. You'll need to reserve your rides ahead of time. Each wagon ride has a limited 10 people to endure proper social distancing. You can reserve your wagon ride here.

Lockwood parks animal friends add something very special to your visit. If you're looking for a great holiday photo opportunity, make sure to be at Lockwood on Saturday, December 12,  from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., to take photos with one the the parks horses dressed holiday style. Again, reservations will need to be made in advance. Photos will be provided as digital images for you to use as you’d like and the feels $10 for two images.

Luminary Walk

This year's holiday events Lockwood Park, also include a whimsical luminary walk on Saturday, December 18 from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. The entire family can also play with the animals in the Children's Farm. The luminary walk is a free event.

Warm beverages and treats will be available for purchase at all of these holiday events. Masks are required for all activities at all times.
