As someone who's been on structured meal plan for the last few years (hey, I didn't say I've been sticking to it, but I try), you'd think that I would've tried a meal kit service by now.

I hate cooking and I'm not good at it when I give it that good ol' college try, so you'd think that a meal kit service would be perfect for me; but nope, still haven't tried it....until now.

According to ABC News, Chick-fil-A is testing a meal kit service from the end of August through mid-November. Sadly, it's not being tested in the Rockford market, but one can hope that it will make it's way here just in time for the holidays.

And believe me, you want them to.

Here's what's in them:

Chicken flatbread, crispy dijon chicken, chicken parmesan, chicken enchiladas and pan-roasted chicken; sides include kale salad (which is bomb by the way) and macaroni and cheese.

The kits are $15.89 each and serve two people.

The meal service is only being tested in Atlanta for the time being, but if you want to bring them to the Rockford location, you can fill out an interest form here.
