Ben is a huge Blachawks fan who also happens to have a disability that makes it hard for him to use legs and arms.

In the video, when Corey first meets Ben, he is given a Blackhawks Jersey . ben's reaction is priceless!

Later, Corey, Ben and his older brother gear up to play a little hockey in their front yard.

To add to the surprise, Blackhawk's players Teuvo Teräväinen and Andrew Shaw also show up for the party.
